How long does it take to activate the services?

This is one of the frequently asked questions of our future customers.

Most of them need to access quickly to our services and get them as soon as possible. The reason is the customers’ need for advertising on the Internet, establishing contact with its partners and suppliers, e-mail communication with its branded domain name, or transferring hosting from somewhere else on the servers of MKhost for any other reason.

In all cases, MKhost always meets its customers giving them the fastest service with maximum satisfaction.

So we’ll list the time interval needed to activate some of our services:

•  The time of activation for Macedonian (mk /com.mk / net.mk/mkd ...) and international domain names (com / org / net ...) happens immediately after the payment is completed.

So, if you want to buy an international domain and pay immediately with your credit card, expect the domain to be activated immediately and to get a confirmation through

the registration e-mail. Choosing an international domain is a great solution if you plan your business internationally, or you have simply decided on a domain name with a

global extension or you are in a hurry and you want to have the domain name immediately. There are frequent cases when certain customers “come across” an interesting domain name that is free, so they want to buy it immediately so no one else registers the domain before them.

•  The hosting package activation time is instantaneous and takes place immediately after the payment is complete.

So, for example, if you have ordered a BASIC hosting package and you have paid for it immediately with your credit card, MKhost automatically sets the hosting and sends you

all the information by email, so you can instantly log in and upload your own website.

•  If you order a combination of web hosting and an international or Macedonian domain and the payment is realized immediately, then expect in just a few minutes to have your own web site that will be visible online and you can work with it, create email boxes that will work from the moment of activation.
