Domain ownership change (change of registrant)

1. Change of Certain Domain Data
If you want to make changes to specific registrant data (email address, company seat, phone number) or to the administrative and technical contact of the domain (full name, email address, company seat, phone number), you need to:

  1. Download and complete the request form, which can be found [here].
  2. Mark the field “Domain Data Change”.
  3. Fill in the empty fields with accurate information.
  4. Submit the request using one of the methods described below – Methods for Submitting the Request.

2. Change of Domain Ownership (Change of Registrant)
To change the ownership of a domain (registrant), you must submit two requests:

  1. One request with the current owner’s (registrant’s) details.
  2. One request with the new owner’s (registrant’s) details.

Be sure to check the box for “Change of the Registrant.
Once we receive valid requests, the domain ownership will be updated, and you will be notified immediately via email.

Important: Changing ownership or updating specific domain information is free of charge. The new registrant will be responsible for the domain rights and their renewal in the future.

3. Methods for Submitting the Request

3.1 Digital Signature with KIBS, Telekom, or Eurotrust
The request can be digitally signed with a valid electronic signature issued by:

  • KIBS
  • Telekom
  • Eurotrust

This option is available for both legal entities and individuals. If you do not have a digital signature from KIBS or Telekom, you can use a free signature via the Eurotrust application. You need to:

  1. Download the “Eurotrust” application on your device.
  2. Register in the application.

Submit the digitally signed request to domains@mkhost.com.mk

  • For legal entities – the request must be signed by an authorized person according to the current company status.
  • For individuals – the request must be personally signed by the domain owner.

3.2 In-Person Submission
The request can be submitted in person at one of our locations. This option is available for both legal entities and individuals:

  • Karpoš (near the student dormitory “Goce Delčev”)
  • Kisela Voda (Boris Trajkovski St. 1 – Rampа)
  • Center (near ZOIL)
  • Aerodrom (near Capitol Mall)

Important: If the domain registrant is an individual, the request must be submitted personally by the registrant with a valid ID.

3.3 Submission via Courier Service (Cargo)
This option is available only for legal entities.

  1. Print and sign the request. The request must be signed by an authorized person according to the current company status.
  2. Before sending, contact us at domains@mkhost.com.mk to receive the exact address details and contact phone number.
  3. Along with the request, you must submit a current company status document not older than 6 months.
