Downloading a Digitally Signed Invoice via Portal

Through the MKhost portal, you can download your paid invoice as a digitally signed PDF, which is valid and can be used for accounting purposes.

The digitally signed invoice from MKhost becomes available for download within 7–10 business days after the payment has been recorded. You will receive an email confirmation once the payment has been successfully registered.

Steps to download the paid invoice:

  1. Log in to portal.mkhost.com.mk
  2. From the menu, select “Payments” → “Invoices”
  3. A list of all created invoices will be displayed (e.g. #2025-1234)
  4. Click on the invoice you wish to view
  5. You will have the following options:
    • Download PDF – to save the invoice
    • Print – to print the invoice
    • Send via email – to send the invoice directly to the recipient

If the invoice is not available within the specified timeframe, please contact the MKhost billing support team at: billing@mkhost.com.mk.
