Domain deletion procedure

Deletion procedure for .mk domains:

If you have an active domain registered withMKhostthat you no longer need, you may submit a request for domain deletion.

To delete a.mk domain, it is required to complete aDomain Deletion Request Form, which can be downloaded from the following link:here

Please make sure to:

• Check the option“Domain Deletation”in the form.
• Enteraccurate registrant details, exactly as shown in the domain’s WHOIS records.You can verify the data using the following link:whois

Alternative option you may also contact us via email atdomains@mkhost.com.mk, and we will send you a pre-filled deletion request form, which you can sign digitally usingKIBS,Telekom, orEurotrust.

Methods of Signing and Submitting the Request

1. Digital Signing

If you have a digital signature, the request can be signed electronically and sent to:domains@mkhost.com.mk

Digital signing can be done via:

• Eurotrust, or
• KIBSorTelekomdigital signature.

The domain request form can be digitally signed with a valid electronic signature issued byKIBS,Telekom, orEurotrust.This option is available for bothlegal entitiesandindividuals.

Signing via Eurotrust

If you do not have a digital signature from KIBS or Telekom, you may use thefree digital signatureprovided through theEurotrustmobile application.

Steps:

• Download theEurotrustapplication on your device.
• Register in the application.
• Contact us atdomains@mkhost.com.mk, and we will send you the completed domain deletion request form.You only need to sign it digitally usingKIBS,Telekom, orEurotrust.

Important:

• Forlegal entities, the request must be signed by anauthorized representative, in accordance with the company’s current registration status.
• Forindividuals, the request must be personally signed by the domain holder.

2. In-Person Submission

The request may be submitted in person at one of our locations.This option is available for bothlegal entitiesandindividuals.

Locations:

• Karposh – near the “Goce Delchev” Student Dormitory
• Kisela Voda – Boris Trajkovski St. No. 1 (Rampa)
• Center – near Zoil
• Aerodrom – near Capitol Mall

If the registrant is alegal entity:

• The request must be signed and stamped with the company seal.

If the registrant is anindividual:

• The completed request must be submitted in person, with a valid ID card presented for verification.

3. Submission via Courier Service

The domain deletion request may be submitted via a courier serviceexclusively by legal entities.This option isnot available for individuals.

Procedure:

• Print and complete the request form using the data from the domain WHOIS.
• The request must be signed by the authorized person listed in the company’s current registration and stamped with the company seal.
• Before sending the request via courier, please contact us atdomains@mkhost.com.mkto obtain the correct delivery address and contact phone number.
• Acompany registration certificate (not older than 6 months)must be included with the request.

Deletion Procedure for International Domains

Forinternational domainsit isnot necessaryto complete or sign a domain deletion request form.

Required:

• Send an email requesting domain deletionfrom the registrant’s email addresstodomains@mkhost.com.mk.

Once received, the domain will be deleted in accordance with the applicable procedures.

⚠️Requests sent from an email address that does not belong to the domain registrant will not be processed.
