Domain deletion procedure

Deletion procedure for .mk domains:

If you have an active domain registered with MKhost that you no longer need, you may submit a request for domain deletion.

To delete a .mk domain, it is required to complete a Domain Deletion Request Form, which can be downloaded from the following link: here

Please make sure to:

• Check the option “Domain Deletation” in the form.
• Enter accurate registrant details, exactly as shown in the domain’s WHOIS records.
  You can verify the data using the following link: whois

Alternative option you may also contact us via email at domains@mkhost.com.mk, and we will send you a pre-filled deletion request form, which you can sign digitally using KIBS, Telekom, or Eurotrust.

Methods of Signing and Submitting the Request

1. Digital Signing

If you have a digital signature, the request can be signed electronically and sent to:
domains@mkhost.com.mk

Digital signing can be done via:

• Eurotrust, or
• KIBS or Telekom digital signature.

The domain request form can be digitally signed with a valid electronic signature issued by KIBS, Telekom, or Eurotrust.
This option is available for both legal entities and individuals.

Signing via Eurotrust

If you do not have a digital signature from KIBS or Telekom, you may use the free digital signature provided through the Eurotrust mobile application.

Steps:

• Download the Eurotrust application on your device.
• Register in the application.
• Contact us at domains@mkhost.com.mk, and we will send you the completed domain deletion request form.
  You only need to sign it digitally using KIBS, Telekom, or Eurotrust.

Important:

• For legal entities, the request must be signed by an authorized representative, in accordance with the company’s current registration status.
• For individuals, the request must be personally signed by the domain holder.

2. In-Person Submission

The request may be submitted in person at one of our locations.
This option is available for both legal entities and individuals.

Locations:

• Karposh – near the “Goce Delchev” Student Dormitory
• Kisela Voda – Boris Trajkovski St. No. 1 (Rampa)
• Center – near Zoil
• Aerodrom – near Capitol Mall

If the registrant is a legal entity:

• The request must be signed and stamped with the company seal.

If the registrant is an individual:

• The completed request must be submitted in person, with a valid ID card presented for verification.

3. Submission via Courier Service

The domain deletion request may be submitted via a courier service exclusively by legal entities.
This option is not available for individuals.

Procedure:

• Print and complete the request form using the data from the domain WHOIS.
• The request must be signed by the authorized person listed in the company’s current registration and stamped with the company seal.
• Before sending the request via courier, please contact us at domains@mkhost.com.mk to obtain the correct delivery address and contact phone number.
• A company registration certificate (not older than 6 months) must be included with the request.

Deletion Procedure for International Domains

For international domains it is not necessary to complete or sign a domain deletion request form.

Required:

• Send an email requesting domain deletion from the registrant’s email address to
  domains@mkhost.com.mk.

Once received, the domain will be deleted in accordance with the applicable procedures.

⚠️ Requests sent from an email address that does not belong to the domain registrant will not be processed.
