Changing information for administrative and technical contact

When registering a domain, you need to provide information for an administrative and a technical contact. These contacts, in addition to the registrant, can request and make technical or administrative changes to the domain. The administrative and technical contact must be natural persons (individuals).

If, as the domain registrant, you need to change these contacts, a request must be submitted by the registrant.

Changing the administrative and/or technical contact when the registrant is a natural person:

1. Download the request form for changing information from[here]

2. Fill it out with the same data currently registered for the domain. In the section “Action to be performed,” select:Change of domain information.

3. On the second page, enter the new data for the administrative and technical contact (must be a natural person).

4. Submit the request to MKhost by one of the following methods:

   • Digitally signed by the owner – the domain registrant (KIBS certificate, Telekom digital signature, or Eurotrust) via email:info@mkhost.com.mk

   • Submit the request in person at one of the MKhost locations. First, check the available locations for submission by calling02 2779 444, extension 1. In the case of in-person submission, if the registrant is a natural person, they must come personally with the request and an ID for verification.

Changing the administrative and/or technical contact when the registrant is a legal entity:

1. Download the request form for changing information from[here]

2. Fill it out with the same data currently registered for the domain. In the section “Action to be performed,” select:Change of domain information.

3. On the second page, enter the new data for the administrative and technical contact (must be a natural person).

4. Provide a current statement of status not older than 6 months from the legal entity that is the registrant.

5. Submit the request and the current statement to MKhost by one of the following methods:

   • Digitally signed by an authorized person of the legal entity – the domain registrant (KIBS certificate, Telekom digital signature, or Eurotrust) via email:info@mkhost.com.mk

   • Send the request via cargo to the address:Bul. Boris Trajkovski No. 1, contact phone:022779 444, extension 1

   • Submit the request in person at one of the MKhost locations. First, check the available locations for submission by calling02 2779 444.

After the request is successfully submitted, the MKhost administrator will make the requested change and notify you by email.
