Communication with clients in a professional IT environment

Basics of process automation
Using AI tools and agents for process automation and optimization
Application of AI in daily tasks (support, analysis, workflow optimization)
Students or graduates of technical faculties (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar fields)
Candidates in their final year of studies or near graduation
Basic or intermediate knowledge of web technologies and internet infrastructure
Previous experience or familiarity with:
hosting and domains
DNS systems
Linux or Windows servers
cPanel or Plesk
Basic understanding of HTTP, MySQL, SSH, IMAP or similar technologies
Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT industry
Proactive attitude, responsibility, and interest in technical problems
3-month fully remote internship from home
Paid internship – 12,000 MKD monthly (net)
Possibility of employment after successful completion of the internship
