Notifications in your user profile
We introduced a new feature onportal.mkhost.com, with the aim of making it easier for all customers to work with their registered services.
As a customer of MKhost's services, you have a complete overview of and access to your services. For better organization and ease of use of our services, you will now receive notifications in your user profile about any changes regarding your services. Notifications about a new reply from us to a ticket you have open, when a proforma invoice is generated for one of your services, a domain registration, a domain that is about to expire, and similar.
When placing an order, you can now see the notifications that are important to you. When registering domains, many people do not know which domain extension cannot be purchased by an individual, and similar. That is why you will now get a notification telling you whether the domain you want to register can be registered with the details you have entered:
