Backup / Restore on the hosting account and relevant services

The cPanel platform allows you to backup your hosting data, which are necessary in your daily work.

The process is simple, intuitive and easy to execute.


1. Log in to cPanel with your username and password



2. Click on the "Backup" icon.

3. Creating Full Hosting Account Backup - this form includes all data from the hosting account (Web site, mailboxes, DB ...). Click the icon for this type of backup.

4. In the newly opened window there are more options for the backup.

In the Backup destination section, you can save the content in different locations:
- Remote FTP, Home Dir (Homedir from your hosting account), SCP



To create the backup click on Generate Backup.

By clicking on the already created backup, you can download it in the Backups Available for Download section.



Creating Partial Backups

In this form separately are available:

• Home Dir

• МySQL DB

• Email Forwarders

• Email Filters

Single click on each category you want to download:

Backup restore

1. First log in to your User Panel

2. Click on the “Backup” icon

3. Once you have previously generated Backup, find the partial backup that you want to attach, and click Upload
