Delivery methods for submitting a domain registration request
When registering a domain, you need to submit a signed request. There are several methods for submitting this request:
Available delivery methods:
1. Digital signing with KIBS, Telekom and EvrotrustThe domain registration request can be signed digitally with a valid electronic signature (issued by KIBS, Telekom or Evrotrust). This option is available both to legal entities and to individuals. If you do not have a digital signature from KIBS or Telekom, you can use the free signature through the Evrotrust application. You need to:
1. Download the Evrotrust application to your device. 2. Register. 3. Place the order through our website,regiser a domain.4. When you reach the signing step, choose "Evrotrust". You will receive a notification in your application about a document to be signed. 5. Once you have signed it, return to the page and continue with the order. 6.After the order is completed, a proforma invoice will be generated which can be paid electronically straight away.For legal entities– the signing must be carried out by an authorized person, in accordance with the company's current status certificate.
For individuals– the request should be signed personally by the very person in whose name the registration is being made.2. In-person deliveryYou can submit the request in person at one of our locations. In-person delivery is available both to legal entities and to individuals. Important:Before the registration request is submitted, check whether all the details entered are identical to those on your ID card; this applies to individuals.
3. Sending via a courier service (Cargo)
A domain registration request can be sent via a courier service exclusively by a legal entity. This option is not available to individuals. Print the signed request and, before it is sent via a courier service, write to us atinfo@mkhost.com.mkso we can send you the exact address details and contact phone number. In addition to the signed registration request, you should also submit a current status certificate no older than 6 months.
4. Send to a friendWhen the document is signed through Evrotrust, the system offers two options for signing:
Option 1: I am the authorized signatory for the domain and I will sign it
This option is used when you personally sign the document.
You click the "I am the authorized signatory for the domain and I will sign it" button You enter an e-mail address for sending the link to the request to the signatory and click on send signature request to EvroTrust After the signature request is sent, open the EvroTrust mobile application and sign the request. We will register the request automatically shortly after it is signed.
Option 2: I am buying a domain for which there is another authorized signatory.
You click the "I am buying a domain for which there is another authorized signatory" button.
You enter an e-mail address for sending the link to the request to the signatory and click on send signature request to EvroTrust.
After the signature request is sent, open the EvroTrust mobile application and sign the request. We will register the request automatically shortly after it is signed.
