Before you initiate a domain transfer, you first need to check the following :
Your domain should be registered for at least60 days.
Your domain should beunlockedat your current registrar .
Your email address should be listed asthe domain contact.
Every domain has its own EPP code for authentication.
Obtain theEPPcode from your current registrar, so you can successfully transfer your domain to MKhost .
Confirm the domain transferfrom the email that will be sent from your current registrar .
After you add the domain to your Cart,in the next step, you will have to enter the EPP code to a required field.
You can transfer the domain through the Control panel. Choose Shop > Domains > Transfer Domains.

Who can transfer?
.mk
- Natural persons with residence/stay in North Macedonia with a submitted application for domain registration and identification documents
- Legal entities registered in the Republic of Macedonia with a submitted application for domain registration and identification documents
- Foreign legal entities with a submitted application for domain registration and identification documents
.com.mk / .net.mk / .info.mk
- Companies, sole proprietors and all entities registered for conducting business with a submitted application for domain registration and identification documents
.org.mk
- Non-profit organizations, associations, foundations, parties, unions, healthcare institutions have submitted a domain registration application and identification documents
.edu.mk
- Educational and scientific institutions have submitted a domain registration application and identification documents
.org.mk
- State bodies and institutions (registered via MARnet)
Domain name rules
- Allowed: a–z, 0–9, -
- Must not start or end with a dash
- Two consecutive dashes are not allowed
- A 1-character domain is allowed only for a registered trademark
Method of identification
Natural persons
- ID card / passport (when submitting a registration application in person)
- or
- Electronic identification in accordance with the law - digital signature of the registration application
Legal persons
- Registration document (current status)
- Signed application (personally or with digital signature)
- Additional license for .gov.mk / .edu.mk / .org.mk (when necessary)
Transfer of .mk domain
For domain transfer it is required:
Completed registration application from the current registrant
- Submission of the application the same as for registration (personally or electronically according to the methods of identification)
- EPP code from the current registrant
The transfer is free and the domain name does not change.
